Join us for a restorative community gathering centered around the energy of the full moon. Together, we'll explore practices that support reflection, release, and renewal, creating space to let go of what feels complete and reconnect with what we'd like to cultivate more of moving forward.
The evening will include release rituals like gentle restorative yoga, guided meditation, journaling, kirtan, and time for connection in community. No prior experience with yoga or moon rituals is necessary—just bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down.
Whether you're seeking clarity, connection, rest, or simply a moment to pause, this full moon circle offers an opportunity to align with the natural rhythms of the lunar cycle and reconnect with yourself in a supportive space.
