Service Description
This private restorative yoga session with Geneva Elise blends restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and holistic energy work. You may also choose to enhance your rest journey with optional additions like intuitive tarot readings and sound healing. This special experience is designed to bring peace and spaciousness into your life and guide you toward a more grounded, embodied state of being. This is a sliding scale service that ranges from $65-100 for an hour and thirty minutes. Your session will take place at Growth Yoga in Eureka or Om Shala in Arcata depending on your preference and studio availability. I look forward to co-creating a space of healing and transformation with you.
Cancellation Policy
I understand things do come up, but please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. I arrange my work schedule around bookings, and there is a financial impact when cancelations happen at the last minute. Cancelations that occur less than 12 hours before sessions may be asked to rebook or charged a cancelation fee.
