Moonshadow Yin is happening every Sunday from 10 to 11AM in The Sunshine Prophecy backyard. At the beginning of each class you'll have the opportunity to pull a major arcana card to help set your intentions for the week and guide your embodied practice for the morning.

Yin is a nourishing practice of surrender. It is deeply restorative for the body and a much needed antidote to the fast paced yang energy of the summer. All levels are welcome to attend. Please bring a mat and any yoga props you enjoy practicing with. Classes are donation based with a suggested donation of $18.
